Betsio payments: deposits, withdrawals and fees explained
Getting money into Betsio is the easy half of this page. Getting it back out is what most players actually want to know before they commit a deposit, so this page covers both: what you can fund an account with, how a withdrawal actually moves, and what it costs you along the way.

Funding your account
Cards, e-wallets and vouchers all clear instantly with no fee attached. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, MiFinity and Flexepin all take a minimum deposit of 20 EUR and a maximum of 2,000 EUR per transaction.

Vouchers like Paysafecard and wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay are deposit-only rails here. They get money in fast, but none of them pay a withdrawal back out — your payout travels a different route entirely.
The route your withdrawal actually takes
Cashing out at Betsio doesn't run back through the method that fed the account — it runs through whichever route is set up to pay. Cards, e-wallets and crypto all process withdrawals instantly once approved, with card and e-wallet payouts starting from a 30 EUR minimum and capped at 2,000 EUR per transaction.
Bank transfer is the slower route: 1 to 3 banking days, with a minimum of 30 EUR and a ceiling of 5,000 EUR. It's also the only route that carries a real charge — an intermediary bank fee of up to 16 EUR can be deducted along the way, and bank transfer isn't available at all for USD payouts.

Why a payout doesn't land the moment you ask for it
Two things sit between a withdrawal request and the money arriving: wagering and verification. We require every deposit to be wagered 3 times over before it can be withdrawn at all — miss that, and we reserve the right to charge you for the transaction costs involved in processing it anyway.
The other delay is identity checks, covered below. Once both are cleared, crypto and e-wallet payouts move instantly; bank transfer is the one route where the 1–3 day window is genuinely the bank's, not ours.
What withdrawal limits actually mean day to day
Your daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal ceiling depends on how much you've deposited with us in total, not on the method you're using. Someone who has deposited under 1,000 EUR is capped at 1,000 EUR a day, 2,500 EUR a week and 10,000 EUR a month.
Cross 1,000 EUR in total deposits and the daily cap doubles to 2,000 EUR, the weekly limit rises to 5,000 EUR and the monthly figure to 20,000 EUR. Past 10,000 EUR in lifetime deposits, the ceiling moves again to 3,000 EUR a day, 10,000 EUR a week and 30,000 EUR a month.

There's a ceiling on top of all three: 100,000 EUR per gaming session. Anything you win beyond 30,000 EUR in a single payout gets split into monthly instalments of up to 30,000 EUR until it's paid off in full — the one exception is a progressive jackpot, which we pay out whole regardless of size.
The dormant account fee
Leave an account untouched for 180 consecutive days and a 10 USD monthly fee starts being deducted from whatever balance remains. It's a cost worth knowing about if you're stepping away for a season rather than closing the account outright.
Proving who you are before a payout
We ask for verification before we process your first withdrawal, not before you can play. You'll need to provide ID, along with documents tied to whichever payment method you used and a utility bill, all in either the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet.
Where that isn't possible, we may ask for a video call showing the physical documents instead. You have 30 days to supply whatever's requested — miss that window and the account gets restricted or deactivated. For a refund request specifically, we ask for photos of both sides of your ID plus a proof of address no older than 90 days, or an original PDF bank statement or utility bill.
